Product description

Indulge in the delicate and sweet taste of apple and plum blossom honey, collected in the early spring season, from the Saldus area. This unique honey is produced from the nectar of the blossoms of apple and plum trees, giving it a distinct flavor and aroma that is both fruity and floral.

Our apple and plum blossom honey is carefully harvested by a local beekeeper who follows traditional and ethical practices.

The early spring harvest time provides an abundance of blossoms that make this honey  special. The flavor of this honey is light and refreshing with a fruity aroma that is reminiscent of the blooming apple and plum orchards in spring. It has a light golden color and a smooth texture, making it a perfect addition to your breakfast table, tea or coffee, or as a natural sweetener for baking.

Besides being a delicious natural sweetener, apple and plum blossom honey offers numerous health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants, which help to protect the body against harmful free radicals. Additionally, it has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, making it a natural remedy for sore throats and other respiratory issues.
