Non-stick without PFAS or PTFE

Nothing sticks, and there are no forever chemicals in the cooking surface. The G7X ceramic coating is built up in seven layers and reinforced with titanium, so the release lasts instead of thinning out after a season.

Brown, simmer, and bake in the same pot

The interior is laser-etched into a honeycomb. The raised ridges are bare 18/10 stainless steel and do the browning; the ceramic sits in the valleys between them so nothing catches. That means you can brown meat properly at the start of a stew and then simmer it for two hours in the same pot, without a scorched layer welded to the base. Through it in the oven for the final touch and crusting the surface, Zinox Clad is versatile and adapts to your cooking style.

Quick, even heat from a tri-ply body

Fully clad tri-ply: a pure aluminium core between an 18/10 stainless steel interior and a 430 magnetic stainless exterior, bonded edge to edge to the top of the walls rather than stopping at a disc under the base. Heat spreads fast and reaches the sides, which is what keeps rice, milk and thick sauces from catching in the middle. It also needs less heat than you are used to.

A weighted glass lid with a steam vent

The lid is tempered glass and weighted, so it sits down properly and holds heat and moisture in. The vent lets steam escape instead of lifting the lid or boiling over, and you can watch a simmer without breaking it.

Every hob including induction, and the oven to 260°C

The 430 magnetic stainless exterior means induction hobs read the pot properly, and gas, electric and ceramic glass all behave the same. The pot body is oven-safe to 260°C. The glass lid is oven-safe to 150°C, so take the lid off above that.

A sturdy handle that is comfortable for your hands

The handles are riveted to the body rather than welded, which is what stops them working loose over years of lifting a full pot. They are shaped to slow the heat travelling up from the body, so they stay cooler than the pot's body on the stove.

Easy to clean, and dishwasher-safe

Warm water and a soft sponge after a meal is usually enough. The pot is dish-washer safe. Hand washing is what we recommend as it is gentler on the ceramic. The hexagonal pot surface tolerates a metal spoon or spatula, since the steel ridges meet it before the ceramic does. We still recommend avoiding sharp pointy metal utensils like knives or forks as these will still reach the ceramic coating and scratch it.

Five sizes: 16 cm to 28 cm

Care

Dish-washer safe but hand washing recommended for regular use, in warm water with a mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. For stubborn residue, soak for 10 to 15 minutes, then clean with a non-scratch sponge. Avoid bleach and strong detergents. Do not store food in the pot. A little oil wiped over the surface now and then keeps the non-stick at its best. Safety. Always handle hot cookware with oven gloves. Use low to medium heat only. The glass lid is oven-safe to 150°C, the pot body to 260°C. With metal utensils, use a wide-edged spoon or spatula; forks and knives can scratch the ceramic.

Warranty

Three-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects; excludes excessive heat, improper storage, and pointed or sharp utensils.
