هيكل ثلاثي الطبقات متكامل: قلب من الألمنيوم النقي بين طبقة داخلية من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ 18/10 وطبقة خارجية من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ المغناطيسي 430، ومثبت من الحافة إلى الحافة حتى أعلى الجوانب بدلاً من الاكتفاء بقرص في القاعدة فقط. تنتشر الحرارة بسرعة وتصل إلى الجوانب، فلا وجود لنقاط احتراق في المنتصف أو حواف باردة. كما أنها تحتاج إلى حرارة أقل مما اعتدت عليه.

عادة ما يكفي استخدام الماء الدافئ وإسفنجة ناعمة بعد الوجبة لتنظيف المقلاة. كما أنها آمنة للغسل في غسالة الأطباق، رغم أن الغسيل اليدوي أكثر رفقاً بالسيراميك ويحافظ على خاصية منع الالتصاق لفترة أطول. تتحمل المقلاة أيضاً الملعقة المعدنية، حيث تلامس النتوءات الفولاذية الملعقة قبل وصولها إلى السيراميك.

العناية

يُنصح بالغسيل اليدوي باستخدام ماء دافئ وسائل غسيل أطباق خفيف وإسفنجة ناعمة؛ المقلاة آمنة للغسل في غسالة الأطباق، رغم أن ذلك أقل رفقاً بها. للبقايا الصعبة، انقعها لمدة 10 إلى 15 دقيقة، ثم نظفها بإسفنجة غير خادشة. تجنب استخدام المبيضات والمنظفات القوية. لا تحفظ الطعام داخل المقلاة. مسح السطح بقليل من الزيت من حين لآخر يحافظ على أفضل أداء للمقلاة غير اللاصقة. السلامة: استخدم دائماً قفازات الفرن عند التعامل مع أواني الطهي الساخنة. استخدم حرارة منخفضة إلى متوسطة فقط. عند استخدام أدوات معدنية، استخدم ملعقة عريضة الحواف؛ حيث يمكن للشوكات والسكاكين خدش السيراميك.
